Introduction THE APPLIANCE BECOMES VERY HOT DURING USE. OVEN GLOVES SHOULD ALWAYS BE WORN. THE NAMEPLATE WITH THE TECHNICAL D ATA, SERIAL NUMBER AND MARK IS IN A VISIBLE POSITION ON THE SIDE OF THE OVEN. THIS NAMEPLATE MUST NEVER BE REM OVED. THE APPLIANCE IS DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL USE BY TRAINED STAFF .
Instructions for the Installer 2. INST ALLING THE O VEN The oven is designed for free-standi ng installation on a horizontal w ork- top. It must be far enough from the wa ll behind it to allow easy access to the terminal board for conne ction of the power supply lead.
