Introduction 1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE AND PR OPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN A N ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE COOKER. WE ADVISE READING THIS MANUAL AND ALL THE INSTR UCTIONS THEREIN BEFORE USING THE COOKER.
Introduction DO NOT INSTALL THIS APPLIANCE ON A RAISED PLATFORM. DURING USE THE APPLIANCE BECOMES VERY HOT. TAKE CARE NOT TO TOUCH THE HEATING ELEMENTS INSIDE THE OVEN. DO NOT PUT PANS WITHOUT PERFECTLY S MOOTH AND FLAT BOTTOMS ON THE COOKI NG HOB GRIDS.

Instructions for the installer 7 2. INST ALLA TION OF THE APPLIANCE It is the law that all gas appliances are installed by authorised persons . Clearance around the cooker must comply with the requirements of AS5601.

Instructions for the installer 9 2.2 Gas connection This appliance is suitable for install ation with Natural Gas or ULPG (propane). Refer to page 12 for the relevant burner pressure and appropriate injector sizes. When the applianc e is to be connected to Natural Gas then the pressure regu lator supplied must b e fitted to the gas inlet.
Instructions for the installer 10 2.3 Room ventilation Caution – This cooker may only be installed and oper ated in rooms permanently ventilated in accordance with current reg ulations. For proper operation of a gas a ppliance it is essential for the air necessary for combustion of the gas to be able to flow naturally int o the room.

Instructions for the installer 13 3. AD APT A TION T O DIFFERENT TYPES OF GAS Before performing any cleaning or maintenance work, detach the appliance from the electrical socket. The cooker hob is set for natural gas G20 (2H) at a pressure of 1.0 kPa.

Instructions for the installer 15 4.1 Adjustment of minimum for natural gas Light the burne r and take it to the mi nimum . Remove the gas tap knob and turn the adjustment screw inside or at the side of the tap shaft (depending on the model) u ntil there is a regular minimum flame.
Instructions for the user 16 5. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS 5.1 Front control panel All the cooker controls and co mmands are o n the front panel. The user has only to press the central k ey for 1 - 2 seconds to enable use of the oven on first use or after a power blackout.
Instructions for the user 17 THERMOSTAT KNOB (OVENS) Selection of cooking temperature is carr ied out by turning th e knob clockwise to the requi red temperature, between 50 ° and 250 °C. The tell-tale light comes on to indicate that the oven is warming up.

Instructions for the user 20 5.2.3 Programming Cooking duration time: the 2 nd button can be used to set t he cooking time. Before setting it, tu rn the thermostat to the cooking temperature of choice and the function selector knob to any setting.

USE OF THE COOKING HOB 6.1 Lighting of the cooking hob burners Before lighting the hob burners check that the flame caps are in the correct position and that their burner c aps are in place, making sure that the holes A in the flame caps correspond to the spar k plugs and thermocouples.
Instructions for the user 23 7. USE OF THE O VENS 7.1 Warnings and general advice Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature (250°C) lo ng enough to burn any manufacturing oily residues which could give the food a b ad taste.

Oven grill: for cooking food o n plates, small cakes, roasts or food requiring light grilli ng. Plate grill: for placing above plate for cooking foods that might drip.
Instructions for the user 26 9. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode preheating s hould be carried o ut at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. This consi derably shortens cooking times and reduces power consumption, as well as giving better cooking results.
Instructions for the user 27 9.2 Hot-air cooking (main oven) FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOSTAT SELECTOR SWITCH FROM 50° TO 250°C This system is suitable fo r cooking on several leve ls, including different types of food (fish, meat etc.), with out the tastes and smells mingling.
Instructions for the user 28 Permits rapid browning of foods. You are advised to place the pan in the highest guide. For short-term cooking of small quantities, plac e the grid in the third guide from the bottom. For long-term cookin g and grills, put the grid in the lowest guide in accord ance with the size of the pieces.

Instructions for the user 31 10. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 10.1 Cleaning stainless steel Before performing any operations requirin g access to powered parts, switch off the power supply to the machine. To keep stainless steel in good cond ition it should be cleaned regularl y after use.
Instructions for the user 32 10.2.2 Burner caps, flame cap crow ns and burners To facilitate cleaning, caps, flame cap crowns, and burners are al l removable. To remove the flame s eparating crown of the fish hob, loosen the two screws expos ed after having removed the cap.

Close the door t o an angle of about 45°, lift i t and remove it from its seat. To replace, fit the hinges into the grooves provided, then lower the door until it comes to rest and extract the pins.
