For more information, see Multi-Connector Cable (sold separately) on page 58 .

AXIS Q2901-E T emperature Alar m Camera Access the Product Set the Root P assword To access the Axis product, you must set the password for the default administrator user root . This is done in the Congure Root P assword dialog, which opens when the product is accessed for the rst time.
AXIS Q2901-E T emperature Alar m Camera Access the Product The Audio clip drop-down list allows you to play an audio clip from the Live View page. Select the audio clip and click the Play button. The product’s heater is controlled by the ambient temperature and is turned on and off automatically .

AXIS Q2901-E T emperature Alar m Camera Set Up the Product Set Up the Product The Axis product can be congured by users with administrator or operator rights. To open the product’s Setup pages, click Setup in the top right-hand corner of the Live View page.

Select the temperature unit and click Save to apply the setting. The Axis product can automatically convert all temperature values that you have entered into the selected temperature scale.

Changing the orientation of the camera will also change the position of the Motion Detection Window .
