4. Installat ion 4-1. Install ation of Io nizer body Investigate t he places w h ere static pro bl em occurs, or process and part s whic h generate E SD (Electro stat ic discharge), a nd carefu lly consider the requir ed conditions to ens u re appropr iate static charge el imination before instal l ation.
4. Adjust ang l e of the io nizer body to ensure proper stat i c charge el imination, and f i x it with d etent threads (M5) o f bracket s. Recommende d tightenin g torque for d etent thr ead: 1.
3. Peal off the seal attach ed on the dete cting hole of the sur f ace elect ric potential s ensor. 4. D irect the sur f ace electric pot ential sensor to the target’s stati c cha rge as ad j usting the an gl e, and fix the detent t hread (M5) of bracket.
2. Arrange lead wires in accordance w i th the w iring table. The unused w i res s hould be cut short or covered with vinyl tape w i thout pealing the co at to prevent them fr om coming c o ntact w ith other wires. See [4-4. Conn ection circuit ]. 4. Insert the modular p lug on the other side of sensor cab le IZS3 0-CS into the modular jack of the electric pote ntial sensor. I f the modular plug is properly in serted and locke d, a lever clicks to notify it’ s loc ked.
