Introduction 71 5. Security Functions Intr oduction The security fu nctions help you control the use of the machine and ensure that sensitive documents are k ept confidential. The security fu nctions are descr ibed below . Any combination of these functions can be used.
Administrator Code 72 Administrator Code The security functions can only be set up and changed by the administrator of the machine. T o access the security functions, the administrator must enter the administrator code. The administrator code has been set to “0000000 0” at the f actor y .
