21 Leveling th e Bike Levelers are found on each side of the Rear Stabilizer and on the Frame Rail. On the Rear Stabilizer , turn the knob to adjust the stabilizer foot. T o adjust the leveler on the Frame Rail: 1. Loosen the upper locking nut. 2. T ur n the leveler to adjust the height.

37 Fitness T est The Fitness T est measures the impr ovements of your physical fitness level. The test compares your power output (in W atts) to your heart rate. As your fitness level improves, your power output will increase at a given heart rate. Y ou can start the Fitness T est from the FITNESS TEST option in the Program Menu.
