2A. Device Basics 1 5 Device Basics T urning Y our Device Off 1. Pr ess and hold for two seconds until you see the Phone options menu. 2. Ta p ( Power off ) and then tap OK to power off the device. Y our scr een r emains blank while your de vice is off (unless the battery is c har ging).

In this mode, the speaker is muted and the p hone only vibrates to notify you of incoming calls, or ot her functions tha t normally hav e a defined tone or sound as an alert.
