2 Section 1: Getting Star ted Introduction Congratulations on the purchase of your Ve rizon Wireless Network Extender . Y our purchase of this N etwork Extender en hances the wireless telephone service that you and you r family wi ll receive wh ile in your home or home office.
Getting Started 3 System R equirements • An always-on broadband Internet connection with a mi nimum speed and available bandwidth of 1 MB (3.1 Mbps to s upport the maximum EVDO data rate.) Note: Satellite, MiFi or wireless connections are not supported.

Using Y our Device 11 Components - Rear View The rear of the Network Extende r provides access to the WAN port, power port, and external GPS antenna. 1. GPS Antenna Port slides to provide acc ess to the external GPS antenna for remo val and relo cation.

14 Section 3: Exter nal GPS Antenna If your Ver izon Wireless Netw ork Extender cannot receiv e a Global Positioning System (GPS) si gnal, it may be necessary to improve the receptio n by instal ling and then positioning the external GPS antenna. This section outlines the i nstallation and relocation o f this GPS antenna.
