Using th e V oice-Activated Dialing option r equires that y ou first train the phone to recogn ize the name of the person you ar e calling .

-G[I WCTF T o avoid accidenta l key presses, y ou can enabl e the K eyGuard f eature. Ho wev er , you’ ll still be able to r eceiv e incoming cal ls and messag es. This fea ture also pr events needless batter y usage because the p hone does not re spond to any k e ypresses and turns off the backlight.

&KCNKPIKP.Q EM/QF G Y ou can place calls to emerg ency and special num bers in Lock mode. T o place normal outgoi ng calls in Lock mode, en ter the lock code to unlock the phone, and then d ial the phone numb er .
♦ No Access - User canno t view the Ph one Book entries. How ever , note that manual keypad dialing is unlimited (even to n umbers stored in th e Phone Book). ♦ Read-Only - User can vie w the entir e Phone Book but cannot add or er ase entries.
5RGEKCN0WOD GTU Y our phone p rovides th e option of storing three s pecial numbers. Each s pecial number can be up to ten di gits long. All three special num bers can be manuall y dialed at an y time even whe n your phone i s locked or all outgoi ng calls are limited.
4GUGVVKPI;QW T2JQP G Resetting the phone erases al l Phone Book entries, voicem ail, numeric pag es, text mes sages , call log s, special num bers, and returns all saved op tions to the default settings. T o reset the phone: 1. Press to displa y the Main Menu.
