1 Pr epare your mobile 03 Inser t your BT SIM card T o install the SIM car d, do the following: 1. Pr ess firmly and slide the top of the back cover off to remove it as shown.
Befor e you use BT F usion Mobile ensure your B T Home Hub installation is complete and your BT T otal Broadband ser vice is working. Check your BT Home Hub’ s Broadband and Internet lights ar e steady green. Please note: The Wireless light may also flash.

09 BT Openzone and The Cloud Y our phone has already been set up to use B T Openzone and The Cloud. However , in case of accidental deletion please follow the steps below: 1. Fr om the Home Screen select Menu , Settings , Wi-Fi then My networks . 2. Highlight Search new networks and press OK .
V oicemail 15 71 Y our voicemail automatically takes messages when your mobile is switched off , engaged, or if you aren ’t able to answer it. Plus it sends you a text message to let you know a voicemail has been received.
11 Managing your calls Call W aiting and Call Holding Call W aiting aler ts you that another caller is waiting if you are on your mobile to someone else. Y ou can either end your current call or put the caller on hold to answer the new call. If you don ’t answer , the new call is handled as if you hadn ’t answered it.
