Call Functio ns 24 Making a Call — Number Entry Dialing Dialin g Inter natio nal Number s Call anothe r countr y fr om the U .S. 1. In standby mode, enter the th ree-digit exit cod e (011) for the United States. 2. Enter the country code for the country that you are calling.
25 Making a Call — Speed Dialing Y ou can store phone numbers and contact na mes in your device ’ s Contacts list. Speed Di aling le ts yo u quickly and easily dial any cont act in your Con t acts list b y using that contact’ s location number in th e list.
Call Functio ns 26 Ignoring a Call • A phone number (unless blocked by the call er) and a name appear in the display (if the caller’ s number and name are st ored in your Contacts list). • If the caller can’t be identified, Call from unavailable# , Call from re stricted number , or no number appears in the display .

Call Functio ns 30 Calls Log Missed Calls Y our device retains informa tion about the la st 100 missed calls (ca lls that were never picked up) and stores them in the Missed Calls log. Usi n g the Missed Calls log you can: • R eview missed calls for the times and dates of the ca lls, as well as other information.
31 Ignor ed Calls Y our device retains informa tion about th e last 100 Incoming calls from numbers that were auto matically or manually ign ored and store s them i n the Ignore d calls log . Using the Ignored ca lls log you can: • Review ignored calls for the times an d dates of the ca lls, as wel l as other information.

Entering T ext 44 Changing the T ext Entry Mode Y our current mode of text entr y [ Abc , Kore an , T9Abc , or 123 ] is indicated in the lower right part o f the di splay when compo sing a tex t message.

CUSTOMIZE 84 Bluetooth 4. Press the key to pe rform t he function for the hig hlighted option. Set P ass word The default lock code for your device is ge nerally the last four digits of your phon e number . It is advisable to ch ange the default lock code to a secret code for sec urity purposes.
