1 Chapter 1 . Introduction Description CoolSNAP cf a nd CoolSN AP ES , fr om Photometrics ® , are ideal cameras for digital microscopy a nd many other biologica l applications.
2 CoolSNAP cf /CoolSNAP ES About This Manual The CoolSNAP User Ma nual is divided in to five chapters . It is suggested that you read the entire ma nual before operatin g the camera in order to ens ure proper use.
Chapter 1. Introdu ction 3 Storage Require ments Store the CoolSNAP camera system in its original co ntainers. To protect the system fro m excessive hea t, cold, and moisture, sto re at an a mbient temperature betwee n 0°C and 70°C with a r elative hu midity of 0% -80% noncond ensing.

Again, use only a CoolSNAP cable and a CoolSN AP interface card w ith your CoolSNAP came ra . Using a different cable or interface card may result in permanen t damage to your sy stem.

13 Images Not Displayed Proper ly If the amber LED on the back of the came ra does not illuminate while images are being acquir ed and no image s appear: • Confirm that the green LED on the ba ck of the camera is illuminated, indicating th at the cam era is powered on .

Si vous n'avez pas encore acheté Roper ES c'est un bon moment pour vous familiariser avec les données de base sur le produit. Consulter d'abord les pages initiales du manuel d'utilisation, que vous trouverez ci-dessus. Vous devriez y trouver les données techniques les plus importants du Roper ES - de cette manière, vous pouvez vérifier si l'équipement répond à vos besoins.
