Humidifier If you are ex periencing dryness o f the nose, throat or mouth, the H4i heated humidifier is recommended for use with the S8 Auto 25.
3 Using the S8 Auto 25 English Using the S8 Auto 25 Setting up your S8 1 Connect the power cord to the socket at the rear of your S8 Auto 25. 2 Plug the other end of the powe r cord into the power outlet. 3 Connect one e nd of the air tu bing firmly onto the air outlet.
4 Attaching a H4i Humidifier The H4i humidifier attaches to th e front of the S8 Auto 25 device to pr ovide he ated humidifica tion. This device automatica lly detects the prese nce of the H4i and no othe r accessories are requi red for its use. For more information on usi ng your H4i, please refer to the H4i user guide.
5 Using the S8 Auto 25 English Using the Menus The S8 Auto 25 provides a set of functi ons which are arranged in menus and submenus. 10 Traveling with the S8 Auto 25 International Us e Your S8 flow generator has an internal powe r adapter that enables it to operate in other countries. It will op erate on power supplies of 100–240V and 50–60Hz. No special adju stment is necessary, but you will require an approved p ower cord for that country.
