It must be unrestricted while the appliance is in use to prevent room air starvation which causes smoke spillage.

First, make sure your appliance has been properly installed and that all safety requirements have been met. Pay particular attention to the fire protection, venting and thermostat installation instructions.

The smoke will stop once the fire starts. 2. The convection blower will automatically turn on after your appliance has reached the set temperature on the “high” setting.

There are 2 purple wires connected to it. This snap disc turns the convection blower on and off as needed.
