DISC NOTES Preparing New Discs with Spots Rough A new disc may have rough edges on i t s inside and outside edges.If a disc w i th rough edges is used, the proper s e tt in g will not be performed and the player will no t play the disc.Therefore, r e m o v e t h e rough edges in advance by using a ball point pen or pencil as shown on the right.
