-3- Safety Information REGION MANAGEMENT INFORMA TION: This DVD Player is designed and manufactured to respond to the Region Management Information that is recorded on a DVD disc. If the Region number described on the DVD disc does not correspond to the Region number of this DVD Player , this DVD Player cannot play this disc.
-4- Disc Notes Preparing New Discs with Spots Rough A new disc may have rough edges on i ts inside and outside edges. If a disc w it h rough edges is used, the proper s et ti n g will not be performed and the player will no t play the disc. Therefore, r em o v e th e rough edges in advance by using a ball point pen or pencil as shown on the right.
Installation -5- 30 1. Choose the mounting location where the unit will not interfere with the normal driving function of the driver . 2. Before finally installing the unit, connect the wiring temporarily and make sure all connected up properly and the unit and the system work properly .

Electric Connection WIRING CONNECTION -9- Note: the earth connection cable (parking brake B-) must be connected in order for DVD pictures to be played back to the monitor . If the cable has not been correctly connected, the message “P ARKING BRAKE” appears on the monitor .
