In general, you would only access this information if directed to do so by Precor Customer Support.

36 Product Owner's Manual PRO GRAMS Keypad The PROGRAMS keypad provides access to all t he exercise programs. To use th e program k eypad: 1. Press the center of the key to view the top level program in its menu. 2. Press the OK key to confirm your selection.
Display Console 37 Number Keypad The number keypad has several functions depending on what is connected to the equipment. Table 7. Workout Options 43 Changing Programs in Mid -session You can change programs in the middle of a session by s electing a new program from the PROGRAMS key menu and pressing OK. All ac cumulated statistics are tra nsferred to the new program as you continue exercising.
44 Product Owner's Manual Pausing During a Workout or th e Cool - Down Period If your rate of motion drops below minimum requirements while exercising or during the cool down period, a 30 - second shutdown is initiat ed.

Programs 47 Program Tips Begin at the Precor banner a nd choose a program by pressing a PROGRAMS key or QUICKSTART. While exercising, you need to sustain your exercise motion. Stopping any movement caus es the equipm ent to shut down to conserve battery po wer.

20 Assembling and Maintaining the RBK 615 Recumbent Exercise Bike Required Tools 6 mm hex wrench 10 mm hex wrench ⁵₃₂ - inch hex wrench 13 mm open - end, box, or socket wrench.
Assembling the Exercise Bike 21 2. Secure the rear stabilizer using two M10 x 40 mm button head screws. Tighten the screws completely using a 6 mm hex wrench. Figure 3 : Rear stabilizer attachm ent 3. Place the front stabilizer underneath the br acket at the front of the bike.

Assembling the Exercise Bike 23 Attaching the Sea t Back and Bottle Holder While the equipment is in use, the se at back flexes to support users of different shapes and sizes. Underneath the seat back, the bottle holder acc ommodates both left- handed and right - handed users.

Assembling the Exercise Bike 25 5. Adjust th e position of the sea t back, th en tighten the screws completely using a 6 mm hex wren ch. 6. Connect the heart rate sensor c able in the handlebars to the cable you passed through the s eat back support earlier, then position the handlebars in the handlebar bracket as shown in the following figure.

Assembling the Exercise Bike 27 Installing the Upright Support and Cables DANGER Do no t attempt to connect e lectrical pow er until all assemb ly procedures are complete and the console is properly i nstalled .

Slide the support into positi on so that its screw holes line up with the corre sponding holes on the body assembly, as shown in the following figure.
Assembling the Exercise Bike 29 8. Insert the two M12 x 80 mm sockethead screws through the openings on the support and into the screw holes on the body assembly.
30 Assembling and Maintaining the RB K 615 Recumbent Exercise Bike Making Su re the Uni t Is Stable Make sure the unit is level before allowing anyone to use it. CAUTION: To eliminate moveme nt, make sure the ad justable feet are in con tact with t he floor.
Assembling the Exercise Bike 31 Installing the C onsole Before you begin, make sure that the cables have been fed through the mounting bracke t and their ends extend throu gh the round opening at the base of the bracket.
32 Assembling and Maintaining the RBK 615 Recumbent Exercise Bike 3. Retr ieve the serial number label you removed from the body assembly earlier. Remove the backing from the label and apply it inside the console at the upper right, as shown in the following figure.

Route the flat, black base unit data cable to the left of the mounting bracket and about t hree-quarters of the way up the left side of the console, as s hown in the followi ng figure. Attach the base unit data cable to the eight - conductor modular jack labeled LOWER BOARD CONNECTION.
34 Assembling and Maintaining the RBK 615 Recumbent Exercise Bike 6. Insert four ¹₄ - inch x ³₄ - inch buttonhead screws through the screw holes in the tabs on the mounting br acket and into the screw anchors on the c onsole. Tighten the screws completely using a ⁵₃₂ - inch hex wrench.
Assembling the Exercise Bike 35 8. Position the back cover and atta ch the four 1- inch panhead machine screws, then tighten the screws compl etely using a #2 Phillips screwdriver.
36 Assembling and Maintaining the RBK 615 Recumbent Exercise Bike Breaking in the Equip ment Precor equipment does not require an actual break - in period. How ever, moving components such as belts, gears, and bearings can settle while the equipment is being stored or shipped.
Chapter 2 Maint enanc e To k eep the equipment functioning properly, perform the minor maintenance tasks in this section at the intervals shown on the maintenance checklist. Failure to maintain the equipment as described in this section could void the Precor Limited Warranty.

Chapter 3 Self- Po w er ed Fe atur es Important : This chapter of the manual d escribes Precor fitness equipme nt that can ope rate wit hout being connected t o AC power. T his includes units equ ipped with P30 or P10 consoles. However, P80 co nsoles must be c onnected to A C power throu gh their power s upplies to oper ate.
42 Assembling and Maintaining the RBK 615 Recumbent Exercise Bike Informationa l Displays Prior to Shut down The equipment saves its battery charge by moving into a shutdown mode. If the user does not mainta in the minimum rate of motion, a 30- second shutdown proce ss begins.
Self- Powered Features 43 Using the Optional Po wer Adapter After connecting t he power adapter to the equipment, pl ug the opposite end into the appropriate power source (120 V or 240 V). CAUTION: W hen the o ptional po wer ada pter is in use, mak e sure that the pow er supp ly cord doe s not cre ate a safety hazard.
