Once you configure your U SE R key , you can personalize your workout session and store information about your preferred program, workout time, weight, and age.

The next time you select the same US E R key and its settings, yo ur personal best record appears when you press OK.
Owner’s Manual: Workout Options 36 Cooling Down A fter a W orkout Incorporate a cool-down period into your workout to help lower your heart rate and mi nimize muscle stiffness or soreness. Note: Y ou cannot switch to a different program during the cool-down period.
Owner’s Manual: Workout Options 37 P ausing During a W orkout or the Cool-Down P eriod Press the red ST O P button or the P AUS E/ R E SET key to pause anytime during a workout or during a cool-down period. The pause mode has a time limit. If you do not resume exercising during that time, the display returns to the banner .
Owner’s Manual: Workout Options 38 Ending a W orkout C A UTI ON: Hold on to a handrail when you near the end of your exercise session. The incline automatically recalibrates to a 0% grade. If the lift is moving, wait until it stops before stepping off the treadmill.

9.3x Low-Impact Treadmills Assembly G uide 3 Assembly Steps C A UTIO N: T he location of the On/Off switch is beneath the cutout on the base frame. Make sure the power switc h is in the Off position. Make sure the power cord is disconnected from its power source.
9.3x Low-Impact Treadmills Assembly G uide 4 Unwr ap the cable and remove the kinks. As k your assist ant to hold the handrail extensions while you feed the cable inside the right upright support. Make sure the cable connector rest s on the floor at the base of the upright support.

Use the ³⁄₁ ₆ -inch hex key to wrenc h tighten the two side fasteners before wrenc h tightening the two fasteners that secure the front of the hood.

Do not raise the unit more than ¾ inc h (2 cm) from the floor. a. Ask a capable assistant to lift the rear portion of the treadmill (using proper lifting tec hniques).
