Part 3 BRIEF INTRODUCTION TH E USER’S MANUAL The purpose of this manual is to guide the user in the initial installation and general use of the Posiflex POS terminals HT - 2212 Pro series. It does not explain any application software that may be supplied with it.

Part 12 USING THE HT SYSTEM BEFORE POWER ON – A Check List It is very important that you check the following operational points: Ventilation This terminal must NOT be operated in an environment with restricted ventilation.

Replacing Front Cover Foll ow the opposite procedure as removing the front cover to replace the front cover in position.
Part 20 Cleaning for Side Ventilation Use vacuum cleaner to remove any dust or threads accumulat ion away from outsides of both ventilation grids on chassis exposed after removal of the front cover as in pictures below and close back the top cover when done.
