3 OfficeRight™ DI200 Operator ’ s Guide Y our ne w OfficeRight ™ DI200 is a compact f olding and inser ting machine designed to speed the process of mail creation. It has a minimal number of user adjustments and an intuitiv e, easy-to-use control panel.

7 OfficeRight™ DI200 Operator ’ s Guide 4. Selection Buttons and Indicator Lights Press these buttons to step through the f eeders and options that are av ailab le on your machine . Depending on your model configur ation, some indicator lights and associated feeders ma y be inoperable .
8 OfficeRight™ DI200 Operator ’ s Guide This chapter e xplains how to connect and load the machine . Once you understand the subjects co vered in this chapter , you can quic kly set up and use the machine f or a variety of jobs as e xplained later in Chapter 3, Running Jobs .
9 OfficeRight™ DI200 Operator ’ s Guide Refill the moistener when the fluid gets low . Check fluid le v el through the ov al vie wing window (figure, belo w r ight). Slide the moistener out to the right. IMPORT ANT : Ne ver open the moistener while the machine is processing material.
10 OfficeRight™ DI200 Operator ’ s Guide Sheet F eeder A1 is common to all models and is located immediately below the Manual F eeder M. Sheet Feeder A2 is an option on all models . It allows the machine to insert a second folded sheet into an en v elope.
11 OfficeRight ™ DI200 Operator ’ s Guide Always fan (aerate) envelopes before you load them. This pre vents them from sticking together . Then tap the stack of envelopes onto a firm surface to align the edges. IMPORT ANT : Load envelopes right way up and f acing you.
12 OfficeRight ™ DI200 Operator ’ s Guide Insert Feeder C is only available on certain machine configurations. Use this feeder to add additional inserts to your envelope that do not require folding by the machine.

29 OfficeRight ™ DI200 Operator ’ s Guide Press the Menu/Enter Button to get to the advanced men u options. These allow you to: • Reset the counter Choose this option if you want to set the piece counter back to zero.

Make this adjustment if the address in your trial piece appears to be too high or too low in the window .

32 OfficeRight ™ DI200 Operator ’ s Guide This option allows y ou to turn safe seal on or off . If you ’ re having problems with envelope flaps not sticking, try turning this option on. Saf e seal slows the machine slightly , allowing more time for moisture to transfer onto the envelope flap during the seal cycle.
