Parrot MKi9200 – U ser guide 4 Installation WARNING: We advise our cu stomers to h ave the Parrot MKi9200 fitted by a professional. Before you begin Checkin g the car configuration The cables supplied with the kit feature ISO conne ctors and two pairs of line -out jacks.
Parrot MKi9200 – U ser guide 5 Installing the kit Note : If you have the possibility to u se a multimeter, test and verify all conn ections on the vehicle before connecting the Parrot MKi9200 wiring loom. Car stereo with ISO connectors 1. Connect the male conn ectors of the hand s-free kit to th e car stereo.
Parrot MKi9200 – U ser guide 6 Car stereo with line- in Use this type of connection b y wiring the line -out (brown & white wire or red & b lack wire) to your car stereo’s line -in. Using the two pairs of line -out will enable you to take ad vantage of the music function in stereo over your vehicle’s speak ers.

Parrot MKi9200 – U ser guide 8 Installing the individual components Installing th e double microphone Selecting a location In order to get hi -quality conversations, we advi se you to respect the follo wing recommendations: Make sure the microphon e is installed as close to the mouth of the user as possible.
Parrot MKi9200 – U ser guide 9 Make sure the microphon e is not exposed to the a ir stream from air vents. Do not install the microph one cable in heatin g, ventilation or air conditioning systems. Be careful of the side airbags and SRS systems while running th e microp hone cable.
Parrot MKi9200 – U ser guide 10 Installing the remote control on th e dashboard If you want to place the remote control o n the dashboard , stick the double -sided tape located on th e flat side of the bracket to fix it against the dashb oard. You can then insert the remote onto the b racket.

This option may be useful if several ph ones paired with the Parrot MKi9200 are simulta neously in the vehicle.
