Getting St arted 6 V ueZone System V ueZone Network The base st ation connect s to your network and uses the Internet conn ection to stream video to your private V ueZone account. Y ou can use your smartphone or a comp uter to visit your V ueZone account to access your video.

Follow the step s in this section in the order in which they are presented. Connect the Base Station The base station n eeds to be connected to a network with an Internet connection.

T o install came ra batteries: 1 Slid e the battery latch toward the camera back, and press down on the bottom of the door to remove it.

Cameras T ab 18 V ueZone System Cameras T ab Views This is where you watch video from your cameras. There are two views you can use: • 320-g rid view , which shows all of your cameras at a smaller size (320 x 240). • 640-view shows o ne camera at a large size (640 x 480).

Cameras T ab 22 V ueZone System Zoom Y ou can zoom in on the video you see fro m the cameras. T o zoom: 1 When streaming video, click the Zoom icon in the co ntrol bar . The zoom window opens with the option to zoom in b y 1x, 2x or 4x. 2 Select the zoom level.
Cameras T ab 23 V ueZone System Adjust Brightness Level The cameras use the normal image setting unless you change the setting to compensate for bright light or low light environments. Friend s cannot change the brightness level. • Bright light : Reduces exposure for bright light or outdoor settings.

Library T ab 25 V ueZone System View Y our R ecordings and Snapshots On the Library tab you can sort snap shots and recording s by name, camera, date, or type by making a selection in the V iew By section above the recordings. T o view your recording or snap shot: Click the recording or snap shot.
Library T ab 26 V ueZone System Lock or Unlock a R e cording or Snapshot Y our account has a storage limit which varies dependin g on your subscription level. When you reach your limit, your oldest files are de leted automatically . Locked files are not deleted.
Library T ab 27 V ueZone System 4 Enter the email addresses and a message to your recipients. T o send to more than one email address, use a semi-colon between the addresses. 5 Click Send . T o cancel, click the X in t he upper right corner . When your friends receive the email, they can cl ick a link to a p age to see what you sent them.

Settings T ab 30 V ueZone System P ersonal Settings This is where you can view your current acco unt informa tion, change your user name (used to log in to your account), p assword, and your cont act information including email address and physical address.
