In most cases signal cannot be output from RGB output unless the notebook PC is turned on after connecting with the projector .

T ur ning on the Projector NOTE: • The projector has two power switches: a main power switch and a POWER (ON/ST AND BY) button (POWER ON and OFF on the remote control).

Lift the front edge of the projector to center the image v er tically . * If the projected image does not appear square to the screen then use the Ke ystone feature f or proper adjustment.

When “Cinema” is selected in “Aspect Ratio”, the image is display ed with black borders on the top and bottom.

42 5. Using On-Screen Menu 쐆 Menu Descriptions & Functions [Advanced] Security A ke yword can be set f or your projector to av oid operation by an unauthorized user using the Men u. When a ke yword is set, turning on the projector will display the K eyword input screen.

49 6. Maintenance 3. Reinstall the new filter cover . NOTE: Do not wash the filter with soap and water . Soap and water will damage the filter membrane. Before replacing the filter , remove dust and dirt from the projector cabinet. Keep out dust and dirt during filter replacement.
50 쐋 Replacing the Lamp After your lamp has been oper ating f or 2000* hours (up to 3000* hours in Eco mode) or longer , the LAMP indicator in the cabinet will blink red and the message “The lamp has reached the end of its usable life. Please replace the lamp.
51 3. Loosen the two screws securing the lamp housing until the phillips scre wdriver goes into a freewheeling condition. The two scre ws are not remov able . Remove the lamp housing b y holding it. 6. Maintenance NOTE: There is an interlock on this case to prevent the risk of electrical shock.
