X550 User Guide Page 18 Product Re gistr ation The X550 PCI card contains an embedded hardware license which allow it to support up to f ive access de vices. When f irst installed, the X550 starts a trial license w hich permits you to use full f unctionality of up to f ive attached access devices f or the next 30 days.
X550 User Guide Page 19 At any time during the registration process, you can use the "Back" button to return to a previous screen to change your entries, and you can also click on the "Cancel" button to cancel the process at that point.
X550 User Guide Page 20 The "Select registration method" screen allows you to pick how you will reg ister your X550 PCI card. Remember that successful registration is necessary f or the X550 card to function past the initial 30 days.
X550 User Guide Page 21 You will then see a registration pro gr ess ba r on the "On-li ne Registration process" screen. O nce the online reg istration process has completed, you can view the results, including which PCI card(s) w ere successfully registered.

Confirm that the information is correct and click on the "Next" button to complete the process. In the nex t screen, you select where to store the f ile that must be emailed to NComputing.

The regis tration program will search through the specified disk directory ( it can be on a USB disk-on-k ey device) looking for the specific license f ile that m atches the X 550 PCI card(s) installed in this PC.
