11 Switch action CA UTION: • Bef ore inser ting the batter y car tridge into the tool, alwa ys check to see that the s witch trigger actuates properly and retur ns to the “ OFF ” position when released. T o star t the tool, simply pull the s witch tr igger .
12 Installing or remo ving driver bit or socket bit Use only the driver bit or soc ket bit shown in the figure . Do not use any other driv er bit or sock et bit. T o install the bit, pull the slee ve in the direction of the arrow and inser t the bit into the slee ve as f ar as it will go.
13 OPERA TION The proper f astening torque may diff er depending upon the kind or size of the scre w/bolt, the mater ial of the workpiece to be f astened, etc. The relation between fastening torque and f astening time is shown in the figures. Hold the tool fir mly and place the point of the driv er bit in the screw head.
