6 BASIC TV AND REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION 1 Press the PO WER button to tu rn the TV ON. 2 Press the VOLUME + button to increase the sound level , or the VOLUME - button to lower the sound level. Pressing both buttons at the same time will display the on-screen menu .
