Oxygen 88 User Guide 13 Control Assign, Data 1 , Data 2, Data 3 The Control Assign functio n (CTRL ASGN) assigns a MIDI contin uous control n umber (MIDI CC), or ot her MIDI parameter from the tab le in Appendix B to the selected Knob , Button, Slider , or the Susta in P edal jack.

20 User Guide Oxygen 88 Zone Range This function sets th e range of note s used by a Zo ne. By def ault, all Zones span across the ent ire length of the ke yboard, from note A-1 on t he f ar left to C7 on the f ar r ight.
Oxygen 88 User Guide 21 Zone Channel: The Zone Channel (ZONE CHAN) function specifies which MIDI Channel a Zone will use wh en transmitting MIDI data. Assigning each Zone to its o wn chan nel will allow y ou to play up to 4 di ff erent sound patches on a connected synthesizer .
22 User Guide Oxygen 88 Zone Transpose The Zone T ranspose function (ZONE TRAN) allows t he pitch of a Zon e to be shifted up or down in on e semi-tone (half- step) increments , to a maximum of 12 semi-tones . 1. Select a Zone b y pressing its Zone b utton.

This means that on e value is sent the first time it is pr essed, and another v alue is sent the next time it is pressed.
