2 2. CAMERA A CCESS WITH INTERNET EXPL ORER This network camera can be accessed via Microsoft® Inter net Explorer® and iPhone / iP ad / Android mobile devices with our self-developed pr ogram “EagleEyes” installed dependi ng on different using situations.

4 2.3 Event Record Search & Playback This camera can only save up to three alarm recordings in its 10MB memory built-in. Note: T o save more recorded data, it ’ s recommended to use this camera with the compatible NVR.
5 3. CAMERA CONFIGURA TIONS Users can further configure this network ca mera by accessing via Internet Explorer . 3.1 System configuration menu Click “Config.” to enter t he configuration page. The functions are categorized into si x menus: Network, Camera, Record T imer , S torage, T rigger and General.
6 3.2 Network 3.2.1 Network Y ou can set the network configuration of the network camera depending on your network type. For details, please refer to “A dvanced Network Setup” from www .surveillance-download.com/user/m265.swf . 3.2.2 QoS QoS, Quality of Service, is the ability to control the dat a flow for real-time st reaming.
7 3.2.4 SNTP SNTP (Simple Network Time Protocol) is used to synchr onize your camera time with the networked computer systems. Function Description GMT Once users choose the time zone, the net work camera will adjust the local area time of the system automatically .
8 Function Description SMTP Server Enter the SMTP server address provided from your e-mail system supplier . Port Enter the port number provided from your e- mail system supplie r . If this column is left blan k, the e-mail server will use port 25 to send e-mails.
9 3.2.8 Filter Choose to permit or block the IP address(es) which can access this camera, and c lick “Save” to confirm. Function Description Filter Configura tion Error Count Set the maximum count for login failure. When the ma ximu m count is reached, the IP address trying to access the network camera will be locked.

12 3.3.3 Color Adjust the color performance from Bri ghtness, Contract, Hue and Sa turation. Click and drag the slider to preview the color change on the right side of th s page and adjust the image color . T o restore the default values, click “Back to Default”.
13 3.4 Record 3.4.1 Record In “Record Configur ation”, you can: Enable or disable the alarm record function. When “Enable” is set to “No”, the alarm record function is disabled even if you enable it in other configuration pages. Select if the data should be overwri tten when the memory storage is full.

18 3.7.7 Maintenance Firmware Upgrade This function is used when users need to upgr ade the camera for function scalability . Note: Before using this function, make sure yo u have the correct upgrade files provided by y our installer or distributor . Note: The event videos sav ed in the camer a will be remo v ed after firmware upgr ade.
19 System Configuration Backup This function is used to copy your system configuration to a “System.bin” file. Y ou may import the same system confi guration to another camera, or rest ore your system configuration when the camera is rese t to default values.
