In addition, you may select the DNS server and enter the IP address for the First and Second DNS serv ers.

User Name : The DDNS serv er requires you to supply a name and pa ssword to update your IP address. Y ou have to register the user name an d password off l ine to the specific DDNS server .

VPN establishes a temporary and safely connec tion over public network (generally Internet).

2007-1 1 -21 18 1 8.2 System The VOI-9300 I P PBX System configurations can be set in this sect ion. The settings include Serv er Ports Setting, Rate Setti ng, DMZ, TrustHost, Music on Hol d, Hotli nes, Admin Account s, USB_Disk Setting, V oicemail Setting, and T ime Zone.
2007-1 1 -21 19 1 8.2.2 Rate Settings Rate setting is used to cal culate t he charges f or each call. The IP PBX will generate a call record f or the charges.
2007-1 1 -21 20 2 DMZ mode: Y ou can enable DMZ mode or disabl e. External IP Address: External address can be ac cessed by facilities fro m Internet. LAN n: This is the private network segment s where t he IP-PBX resides in. Update your settings, Submit -> Reboot.

2007-1 1 -21 30 3 8.3 Incoming Calls Settings The IP PBX provides two ways of incomin g calls; one is f rom local PSTN t hrough the FXO ports, and the other is from the calls from ITSP . In some case, the ITSP may provide the real PSTN nu m bers for the IP PB X from the V oIP .
2007-1 1 -21 31 3 8.3.2 Calls from V oIP The IP PBX can function as a terminal CPE to r egister into a SIP server or another IP PBX. For any external V oIP calls, for example, 1234 into this IP PBX, you may redirect to either Auto Attendant, Operator , Conference rooms, etc.

For s ome ITSP SIP Servers, one way voice connection may be missin g due to protocol incompa tibility .

The setting s are as follo ws: 8.4.1 Outgoing Calls via FXO po rts The IP PBX is equipped wi t h 4 FX O port s for connection to local PSTN lines.
2007-1 1 -21 36 3 Here, you can co nfigure outgoing ca l l rules for FX O ports. Outgoing Desc.: Brief description o f this rule. Authority: Used to restrict user’s call, only user whose Authority is equal or greater than this value c an use this rule to make an outgoing call.
2007-1 1 -21 37 3 8.4.2 Outgoing Calls via V oIP SIP Trunk i s a logica l pipeline connecting IP-PBX and SIP ITSP. By SIP Trunk, extension users in this system can co mmunicate with users in the third-party VoIP sy stem.

2007-1 1 -21 39 3 8.5 SwitchBoard (A uto A ttendant Settings) The IP PBX provides an Auto A t tendant f or user to call. W hen receiving an incoming call , the auto attendant wil l play a welcome prompt message or cal l another extension number . The settings include w e lcome prompt message, operato r , and auto attend.
2007-1 1 -21 40 4 8.5.3 Auto Attendant Auto Attendan t will handl e all the incomin g calls when no one can answ er in the company . There are two ways for attendant. The first one is Prompt wi t h playing answering prompt messages, and the second one is P hone with direct transfer to the phone number .
2007-1 1 -21 41 4 Number : If you select the Number way . The ex tension number will answer the call. T ime/Week/Date / Month: The time of these time field set (T ime & Week & Date & Month), the extension user wil l answer the call.

Remember th e length should not exceed 32. Note: when the number of registered users reach the limit, the f unction of add user will not wor k .
2007-1 1 -21 43 4 8.6.3 Bindings Extension binding is use d to bind m any ex tension numbers together as a group. W h en calling t o o ne of the extension, t he ot her b inding extension w ill ring as well. This is also r eferred to as Group Ringing. (1) User-ID: T o enter extension number .
2007-1 1 -21 44 4 8.6.4 Delete User Accounts There are two w ays for user account del et ion; one is f or single account deletion, and the othe r is f or group account deletions. For single account deletion, you need only to e nt er the extension number .

2007-1 1 -21 50 5 8.7.2 Queue Settings Call w a iting is to queue all the incoming calls an d t o assi g n based on r ules to the desired extension numbers. If all the avail able e xtensions are busy , the system will play the waiting m usic for the queuing incoming calls.
2007-1 1 -21 51 5 The IP PBX provides 4 call waiting queues. T he w aiting queues can be set to a simple calling center , and the user m ay define indiv idual waiting queues for its ow n pur pose.

2007-1 1 -21 54 5 8.7.4 Network Parame ter The network parameters allow to enable/disable IP network functions . Support Voice Priority Tag (TOS/DSCP) TOS (Type of Service) and DS CP (Differentiated Servi ces Code Point) are used to set different priority to data packet and data flow, thus enabling QoS in IP communication.
2007-1 1 -21 55 5 8.7.5 Caller ID This allow to configure th e caller ID fuctions and to show t he incoming call numbe r s. Default is “Caller ID a f ter 1 st Ring (FSK)”.

One is to query for the whole I P PBX, and the other is for the speci f ic user . If you w ant to k eep the call records, you may copy to USB di sk bef ore erased .
