Page 17 XP16 SERIES Evacuating Line Set and Indoor Coil Evacuating the system of non−condensables is critical for proper operation of the unit. Non−condensables are defined as any gas that will not condense under temperatures and pressures present during operation of an air conditioning system.

Page 30 System Operation IMPORT ANT Som e scroll compressor have internal vacuum protector that will unload scrolls when suction pressure goes below 20 psig. A hissing sound will be heard when the compressor is running unloaded. Protector will reset when low pressure in system is raised above 40 psig.
