3-3 Preparation before Use > Load ing Paper Pr ecaution f or Loading Paper When you open a new pa ckage of paper , fan the sheet s to separate them slightly prior to loading in the following step s. Fan the pap er , then tap it on a level surface. In addition, note the follo wing points.

4-8 Printing from PC > Pr inting by Google Cloud Print Printing by Google Cloud Print Google Cloud Print is a prin ting service provided by Google and does not require a printer driver . This service enables a user with a G oogle accoun t to print from a machine con nected to the I nternet.
4-9 Printing from PC > Printin g Data Saved on the Printer Printing Da ta Sa v ed on the Printer If you configure set tings in the [ Job ] tab of the printer driver and then print, the print job will be saved in the Job Box (memory) and prin ting can be executed a t the machine.

When se nding the job from the application sof tware, specify a 4-digit access code in the printer drive r .
