1. Connect equipment to the UPS. Note: Do not connect a laser printer to the UPS. A laser printer draws signific antly mo re power than other types of equipment and may overload the UPS . 2. 2: O PERA TION S MART -UPS F RONT P ANEL Power On Power Off Online The online LED illuminates when the UPS is supplying utilit y power to the connected equipm ent. If the LED is not lit, the UPS is either not turned ON, or is supplying battery power. AV R T r i m This LED illuminates to indicate th e UPS is compensating for a high utility voltage.
Replace Battery Failure of a battery self-test ca uses the UPS to emit short beeps for one minute and t he replace batt er y LED illuminates. Refer to Troubl e- shooting in t his ma nu al.
