T roubleshooting 31 www .kodak.com/go/supp ort In Review mode, a blue or black screen is displayed instead of a picture. File format is unreco gnized. Transfer the picture to the computer ( page 28 ). Shutter button does not work. Camera is not turned on.
T roubleshooting www .kodak.com/go/suppo rt 32 Picture is too dark or underexposed. Flash is not on. Turn on the flash ( page 11 ). Subject is too far away for the flash to be effectiv e. Move so there is no more than 7.9 ft (2.4 m) between the camera and the subject.
