5 PO WER The monitor should be operated only fr om the type of pow er sour ce indicated on the label. If you ar e not sure of the type of po wer supplied to y our home , consult your dealer or local pow er company . The monitor is equipped with a three-pr onged grounded plug, a plug with a third (gr ounding) pin.
6 INST ALLA TION Do not place the monitor on an unstable cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table. If the monitor falls, it can injure a person and cause serious damage to this pr oduct. Use only a cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table recommended b y the manufactur er or sold with this product.
7 CLEANING Clean the cabinet regularl y with cloth. Y ou can use soft-detergent to wipe out the stain, instead of strong-detergent which will cauterize the pr oduct cabinet. When cleaning, mak e sure no detergent is leak ed into the product. The cleaning cloth should not be too rough as it will scratch the scr een surface .
8 O THER If the product is emitting a strange smell, sound or smok e , disconnect the pow er plug IMMEDIA TEL Y and contact a Service Center . Mak e sure that the v entilating openings are not block ed by a table or curtain. Do not engage the LCD monitor in sev ere vibration or high impact conditions during operation.
