7 DISHWASHER LOADING Loading Su ggest ions ■ Remove leftover food, bones, toothpicks and other hard items from the dishes . T o conser ve water , energy and save time it is not n ecessary to ri nse dish es before putti ng them into th e dish washer .
8 Loading Bott om Rack The bottom rack is des igned for pla tes, pans, cas seroles, and utensils . Many items, up to 1 3 in. (33 cm) ta ll, fit in t he bott om rack. (See recommended load ing patter ns sh own.) NOTE : The featu res on your dishwash er rack may vary from the drawings shown.

12 Adding Items Duri ng a Cycl e Y ou can add an i tem anyti me before the main wash starts. Open the door and c heck the det ergent dispen ser . If the cov er is stil l closed, you ca n add items. T o add items 1. Lift up the door l atch to st op the cycl e.
13 Drying System During dryi ng, you can see steam escapi ng through the ven t at the upper lef t corner of t he door . This is normal as the he at dries your di shes.
14 DISHWASHER CARE Cleaning Cleaning the exterior In most case s, regular use of a soft , damp cloth or spon ge and a mild d eter gent is all that is n eces sary to keep the o uts ide of your dishwash er looking nice an d clean.
