27 Con vection Bake uses tw o fans to circulate the o ven heat ev enly and continuously . The imp rove d he at distribution allows for e ven cooking with ex cellent results. Multiple r ack cooking may slightly increase cook times for some foods , but the ov erall r esult is time saved.

Heate d air circulates ar ound the meat from all sides, sealing in juices and fl avors. Meats cook e d with this feature ar e crispy bro wn on the outside while staying moist on the inside.

35 What to Expect during Cleaning While the o ven is in oper ation, the oven heats to temperatur es much higher than those used in normal cooking. Sounds of metal expansion and contr action are normal. Odor is also normal as the food soil is being remo ved.

O VEN BAKING For best cooking results , heat the oven befor e baking cookies, br e ads, cak es, pies or pastries , etc. There is no need to preheat the o ven for roasting meat or baking casser oles. The cooking times and temper atures needed to bake a product may v ar y slightly from y our previously o wned appliance.
