7 Delicates Use this cy cle for lightly soiled knits and delicates which requir e gentle washing. Handwash Use this cy cle to pro vide intermittent , gentle tumbling for items labeled “Hand W ash ” .
8 C ycle Settings Appropriate w ash temper ature , spin spe eds , soil lev el and options will automatically be displayed for each cycle. T he settings can be changed before the cy cle is started. W ASH/RINSE W A TER TEMPERA TURE T o change the preset temper ature , press the W ash/Rinse button to scroll to the desir ed setting.
9 C ycle Options T o add options, pr ess the corresponding options buttons to illuminate the selections desired. Look for this symbol on the detergent label: For best results Detergent , liquid chlorine bleach and liquid fabric soft- ener will be dispensed at the proper times in the cy cle.

16 Normal Operating Sounds Y ou may or may not hear the following sounds fr om your new w asher: A. DRAIN HOSE The w asher has a fl exible drain hose to carry water fr om the washer to the stand pipe of y our home. Y ou will hear water fl owing into y our stand pipe.
17 Follow the fabric car e label instructions on items to be washed. Satur ate with pre- wash stain r emo ver or non fl ammable dry cleaning fl uid. Baby formula, dairy products , egg Use pr oduct containing enzymes to pretr eat or soak stains.
19 T urn cy cle selector to Clean W asher . TO REFRESH OR CLEAN INSIDE OF W ASHER T o cle an and fr eshen the w asher , perform the Clean W asher cycle. For best r esults use the Clean W asher cycle once a month. T o be gin the cy cle , r otate cycle knob to Clean W asher .
20 C ar e and Cleaning R emov e the dr awer b y pulling the dr awer out until it • stops. R each back into the left rear corner of the draw er cav- • ity and press do wn fi rmly on the lock tab . Pull out the draw er . R emov e the insert fr om the bleach and fabric softener • compartments.
21 C ar e and Cleaning Immediately follo w up with a Rinse & Spin cycle on Extr a High Spin Speed with no detergent or bleach to help clear any r esidual bleach left after the Clean W asher cycle. For best results T urn cy cle selector to Clean W asher .
22 C ar e and Cleaning RV ANTIFREEZE Follow WINTERIZING INSTRUCTIONS for cold weather stor age and care . When w ashing is completed, wipe top and sides of washer • with a damp cloth. T urn w ater faucets o ff to pr ev ent pressur e build-up in the hoses.
