6 Location R equirements Selecti ng the proper location for you r washer improves performance and minimizes n oise and possi ble washer “walk.” Y our washer can be install ed under a custom c ounter , or in a basement, lau ndry room, closet, or recessed area.

8 Electrical Requirements ■ A 120 v olt, 60 Hz., AC onl y , 15- or 20-amp, fu sed electric al supply is required. A time-del ay fuse or circuit breaker is recommended. It is recommended that a s eparate circuit serving only this app liance be provided.
9 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Remove T ransport System IMPORT ANT : Pos ition the washe r so that the rear of the washer is w ithin ap proxi mately 3 ft (9 0 cm) of its fina l locat ion. There are 4 bolts in the rear panel of th e washer that su pport the suspension system during t ransportation.
10 Route the D rain Hose Proper r outing of the drain hose pr otects your floors from damage due to wat er leakage. Read and follow these instr uction s. Remove drain hose fro m washer cabinet Gently pull t he corrugated drain hose from the shi pping clips .
11 Complet e Installa tion 1. Chec k the elec trical re quir emen ts. B e sur e that you h ave th e correct electrical su pply and th e r ecommen ded grounding method.
