3 ENGLISH Safety Precautions In order to prev ent any fatal ac cidents caused by disoperat ion or mishandlin g the monitor, be fu lly aware of all t he following precauti ons. WARNINGS To prevent f ire or shock haz ard, do not ex pose this mo nitor t o rain or m oisture.

8 Controls and Features □ 1 ' + ' and ' - ' buttons Press these b uttons to adju st the sound volume. When a menu a ppears, use these buttons for menu operatio n. (see pa ge 12). □ 2 ‘MENU’ button Use th is button for menu o peration.

17 ENGLISH Using the M onitor in the PC mode Since the inh erent format of th is monit or is 1280 pix els by 1024 li nes, the monitor w ill perform best w hen your PC is set to a screen re solution of 1280 x 1024. If you use a lower resolutio n (such a s 640 x 480), the im age is ex panded to fill the screen.
