1. Intr oduction Thank you for purchasing the iSimple ® Media Gateway . The Media Gateway is designed to provide endless hours of listening pleasure from your factory radio. T o ensure that your iPod performs correctly with your radio, we recommend that you read this entire manual before attempting installation of the Media Gateway .

W hile this pr ocess is taking place neither the Br owse Menu or Mode Select Menu will be available. T his process takes place ev er y time you enter the iPod mode and can last up to one minute.
