In Normal speed mode , the sy stem fans run at normal speed until the thermal sensor senses the tem- peratur e ex ceeds the High speed fan threshold tempera- ture .

T o install an Intel Pentium 4 CPU on the motherboar d it is very important to precisely and en- tirely follo w the procedure for installing both the CPU and its cooling assembly .

It is very important, how ev er , to carefully handle the processor b y the side edges and alwa ys fully observ e precautions against elec- trostatic dischar ge .
