24 P/N 21147703 03/04 SECTION E: INST ALL FRONT COVER 1. Install front cover (38) by lining up st and-offs along the tank strut s. Insert a tie strap (39) through the top two and bottom two stand of fs. Wrap tie strap s around tank struts as shown and secure tightly .
