NOTE: For maximum dpi reso lution, go to the Paper/Quality tab and select Photo Pap er, Best Qual ity from the Media drop-down list. The n go to the Advanced tab and select Yes from the Print in Max DPI drop-down list .
Print Quick F orms 1. Select Quick Forms from the printer display menu. TIP: If the Quick Forms o ption does not appea r on the printer displa y menu, press the Back button until the Quick Forms option appears. 2. Press the selction buttons to select Office Forms , Paper Type , or Games .

Print using the maximum dpi Use maximum dot s per inch (dpi) mode to print high-quality, sharp images on photo p aper. See technical specific ations for the print resol ution of the maximum dpi mode. Printing in maximum dpi takes longer than pri nting with other settin gs and requires a large am ount of disk space.

4e P r i n t f r o m a n y w h e r e The ePrint feature on your product provi des convenience printing that al lows you to print from anywhe re. Once enabled, ePrint assigns an email address to your product. To pri nt, simply send an email containing your document to that address.

Depending on your country/region, some of these papers mi ght not be ava ilable.
HP Bright White Inkj et Paper • HP Bright White Inkjet Paper delivers high-contrast col ors and sharp text. It is opaque enough f or two-sided color usage with no show -through, wh ich makes it ideal fo r newsletters, reports , and fl yers. It feat ures ColorLok Technology for less smearing, bo lder blacks, and vivid colors.
c . L oad paper. Insert stack of paper into p aper tray with short edge forward and print side down. Slide stack of paper until it sto ps. Adjust paper-width guid es so they fit against both side s of the stack of paper. Load small-size paper a .

From the Copy menu, press t he button next to Copy . Press the button next to Copy Number to increase or decrease t he number of copies.

3. Select Save if you want to ke ep the applicati on open for another scan , or select Done to exit the applicati on. 4. After the scan is saved, a Windows Explorer windo w will open in th e directory where th e scan was saved. NOTE: There is a limited num ber of computers that can have the scan function activate d at the same time.
• Clean the scanne r glass and make sure tha t there are no fore ign materials adhering to it . • If you have a w ireless connection and you have confi rmed that th e connection is worki ng, you will need to e nable wireless scanning in the software to scan from the printer display.

Clean the cartridg es automaticall y. 1. From the home screen, w hich displays Copy , Scan , and Quick Forms , p ress the Setup button. NOTE: If you do not see the h ome screen, press the Back button until you can see it. 2. Select Clean Printhead from the Tools menu.
4. Hold the ink cartridge by its sides with t he bottom point ing up and locate the e lectrical contacts o n the ink cartridge. The electrical contact s are four small rectangl es o f copper or gold-colo red metal on the bo ttom of the ink cartridge. 5.
