26 Hampton ® H25-1 Direct V ent Freestanding Gas Stove AERA TION ADJUSTMENT The burner aeration is factory set but may need adjusting due to either the local gas supply , air supply or altitude. Natural Gas 3-16" (4.76 mm) Propane 1/4" (6.4 mm) The aeration adjustment gears are located on the right side of the burner box.
Hampton ® H25-1 Direct V ent Freestanding Gas Stove 27 INST ALLA TION GAS PIPE PRESSURE TESTING The appliance must be isolated from the gas supply piping system by closing its individual manual shut-off valve during any pressure testing of the gas supply piping system at test pressures equal to or less than 1/2 psig.

The logs are fragile, handle with care - do not force into position.

Do not put embers on the burner in the area between the front logs and the rear log. See photo below . 7) Place the center cross log on the locating pin in the top of the rear log and position as shown below .
Hampton ® H25-1 Direct V ent Freestanding Gas Stove 33 CAUTION Do not connect the millivolt remote control wires to the 120V wires. 3) Install 3 AAA alkaline batteries in transmitter and 4 AA alkaline batteries in the receiver . Install the receiver and its cover in the wall.

Wiring errors can cause improper and dangerous opera- tion. If any of the original wires as supplied with the appliance must be replaced, it must be replaced with CSA type SEW (200 o C) or its equivalent.
