Repair 16 313889B 9. Place pinion assembly on bench with ro tor side up. 10. Apply thread s ealant to scr ews . Install four screws (28) and lo ck w a shers (24). A lter nately to rque screws t o 125 ± 10 in-lb (14 ± 1.1 N•m) until rotor is secure.

Press in on tw o retaining tabs on each side of pump ON/OFF switch (70j) and rem ov e switch from cov e r .
Repair 313889B 19 Contr ol Board Re m ova l 1. Remove two screws (71) and swing cover (70a) down. 2. Squeeze strain relief bush ings (70b) with pliers and remove . 3. Disconnect all leads at control board (70c). See Wiring Diagram , pag e 24. 4. Remo ve f our screws (7 0d) and control board (70c).
