Installation Air Exhaust Ventilation If pumping t oxic fluids, yo u must vent the exhaust away from peopl e, animals, f ood handlin g areas, and all sources of ig nition. Follow all a pplicable codes. NOTICE The air ex haust port is 1 in. npt(f). Do not restric t the air exhaust port.
Installation Fluid Supply L ine 1. Connect a grou nded, flexible fluid ho se (E) to the 1.5 in (38 mm) ANSI/DIN pump fluid inlet flang e (L). See Ground The System, page 10 .
Installation Flange Connec tions The fluid inl et and outlet por ts are 1.5 in (3 8 mm) raised face , standard 150 lb (68 kg) class p ipe flanges. Graco standa rd pi pe flange ki ts are availa ble in polypropyle ne (239006) and PVDF (239010). These kits include : • the pipe flange • a PTFE gasket • four 1/2 in.
