12 Buttons and Definitions ENTER: This button allows users to set the Progr am and Time on Pr ogr ams 1-10 and Time and Age on Progr ams 11-12. START: This button allo ws the user to ST OP or ST ART exercising. (By holding this button f or two seconds the user can reset all v alues to “0”).
