C3493pr-0921 11 B9785b-0920 ASSEMBL Y G BOTTOM VIEW 2 3 5 • Turn the vehicle upside down. • Insert two #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the front end of the vehicle, as shown, and tighten. • Locate and identify the front vehicle wheels and the rear vehicle wheels.
12 ASSEMBL Y G B9785b-0920 • Slide a large hubcap, indented side down, onto the long vehicle rear axle. • Slide a wide rear vehicle wheel (labeled R ) onto the long vehicle rear axle. Make sure the ribs on the wheel face up. • Slide a rear wheel driver , ring side down, onto the long vehicle rear axle.
C3493pr-0921 13 B9785b-0920 ASSEMBL Y G BOTTOM FRONT VIEW 10 11 • Fit a 3 / 16 " washer onto two #8 x 2" screws. • Insert the screws with washer into the bottom of the brushguard and tighten. • Insert two more #8 x 2" screws into the front of the brushguard and tighten.
14 ASSEMBL Y G B9785b-0920 13 14 REAR VIEW BOTTOM FRONT VIEW • While holding the handlebar in place, carefully turn the vehicle over . • Make sure the end of the steering column is through the hole in the steering linkage.

Bucket Slats T railer Frame Grooves Hint: The left and right grips are not interchangeable! The hole in the left grip is smaller than the hole in the right grip.
16 ASSEMBL Y G B9785b-0920 21 23 • Slide a small trailer hubcap, indented side down , onto the short trailer axle. • Slide a small trailer wheel, flat side up , onto the short trailer axle. • Slide a small bushing, barrel side first , onto the short trailer axle.
C3493pr-0921 17 B9785b-0920 ASSEMBL Y G 24 • Fit a .437 cap nut on the end of the trailer axle. • Fit the cupped end of the assembly tool over the cap nut. T ap the end of the assembly tool with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the end of the trailer axle.
ASSEMBL Y F 18 B9785b-0920 VEHICLE CARE H • Check all screws, cap nuts and their protective coverings regularly and tighten as required. Check plastic parts on a regular basis for cracks or broken pieces. • During snowy or rainy weather , the vehicle should be stored inside or under a protective cover .
