DANIEL MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL, INC. RETURN POLICY F OR WARRANTY AND NO N-WARRANTY MATE RIAL Use the following procedure for return ing equipment to the Daniel factory in the United States. Step 1 O btaining a RMA Num ber A Return Material Au thorization (RMA) numb er must be obtained prio r to returning any equip ment for any reason.
Step 2 Cleaning and Deconta mination Prior to shipment, thoroughly clean and decontaminate all equipment removing all foreign substances. This includes all substances used for cleaning the equipment. The cleaning and decontamin ati on requ iremen t appl ies to an y part exposed to process fluid s or cleaning substances.
Step 3 Material Sa fety Data Sheets (MS DS) Provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) with the returned equipment for each substance that has come i n cont act with the equipment being returned, including substances used for decontamination and cleaning.
