6 Remove T r ansport P ackaging The appliance and the interior fittings ar e protected for tr ansport. • Remove all adhesive tape and packing pieces fr om the interior of the appliance. Y ou can remove any r emnants of adhesive using white spirit. W arning! Before disposing of old appliances make them inoper able.

Adjusting the upper door r ack • Depending on the food stor ed, the upper door r acks can be changed to other holder s or r emoved. T ake out the food fr om the door , press the door r acks diagonally upwards at their edges, r eposition them, and pr ess them back into place.
10 Fr eezing and storing fr ozen food Y ou can use your fr eezer for freezing fr esh food yourself. Important! • The temper ature in the fr eezer compartment must be –18 °C or colder befor e freezing food. • Please observe the freezing capacity given on the r ating plate.
